You made your point of your issue you had with the repairs very clear. I just purchased a Maytag MDB8959SKW3 after three days of research, scratching GE and Bosch. I am replacing a Whirlpool GU2300XTVO purchased 12/20/2008 after 15-3/4 years of solid performance. Ironic that the tank over filled, yet canceling the wash and pushing the drain button at least solve the over fill. No point in a repair call the a new one is the answer. I have also the Whirlpool duet steam dryer and washer WFW9600TWO purchased 04/01/2008, I had to solder the relay on the washer, 5 years ago over buying a $250 circuit board. The dryer heating element broke, Home Depot had the repair part for under $30, even though some online repair places were showing it for $116. I like whirlpool and I like Maytag. I might have handled your situation differently, there are different venues. Today is July 27, 2024 and the Maytag dishwasher will be operational tomorrow. That is as far down the road I can take you on this journey. I need to add that I do my own installation and do not have any trained experience in the business of appliances.

Rockwool was ALWAYS warm or no worse than cool to the touch, even in brutal winter temps. The R value of glass is total bullshit. They manipulate it somehow, because real world is, it's shit. Glas lets air move merrily through it, creating a convection current that moves heat from warm to cold side, stripping heat out 24/7. It's a joke.

I did some extra vertical bracing on the end walls, then horizontal 2x4s and hung an upper shelf along each side by chains so the floor area was clear underneath. Now I am looking at tearing it down and replacing with a new 12x17' shed (more toys!) on a new expanded base. I will use your bracing techniques for the new shed as they are much better designed and should be stronger. Only difference for me is...DeWalt! Thanks!

Have a 2022 Honda Civic Touring OE 18-inch Alloy wheels [8Jx18 ET50] with 235/40ZR18 Goodyear Eagle Sport tires. Went online to TireRack, bought Four Black 16-inch steel wheels, [16X6.5; 5-114mm, (offset) ET42, CB64 ST NEW], for winter cost: $103.82 each Total $415.28. Got Four 215/55R16 MICHELIN X-ICE SNOW $182.99 each Total $731.96. Order Total: $1,239.02 with tire Balanced, tires mounted on Wheel, and S&H. Please note: going from Offset of 50 to 42 with the winter 16-inch wheels does cause intermittant/random Lane Departure Warning (amber) to flash on the Instrument Panel. You will notice a slight jerk while holding the steering wheel as it will last for about 2 seconds. It has to do with the Sensor Alignment/Calibration all because the Offset of 42mm is much closer than should be. Typical allowance or tolerance of Offset "ET" is +/- 2 for my Civic at 50ET should in range of 48 to 52 to be safe. Unfortunately, not able to find 17-inch steel wheels. TireRack insisted that their 16-inch Steel Wheels even at 42ET should be fine as no complaints from any other customers. There are no Center Cap with the 16-inch Steel Wheels, therefore the Center Hub of your vehicle will show Rust/Corrosion. So far, driven in 2 winter seasons and only thing that occurs is the darn Lane Departure Warning which will make you freak or jump since it occurs without advanced warning for a slight couple of seconds. I did not want to keep swapping tires from All-Season to Winter using the same Wheel/Rim. Yes! to puchase a complete new set of 18-inch Alloy Wheels alone would be about $1,600 then Snow Tires at likely be $1,100 (more material larger size tire) looking at $2,700 vs. $1,239. I downsized wheel size because better to slice through snow with Narrower width tires. I reside where the average annual snowfall is 126-inches or 10 feet throughtout each winter season. The larger sidewall may help in certain situations and with steel wheels they will not warp, crack, or bend like Alloy "Aluminum wheels if you hit potholes and curbs. Winter driving sucks. Comsumes more fuel, slush and dirt makes for unclean car, road salt may cause corrosion if not taken care of, travel/commute is slower, need to clear-remove snow from car, wait for windows to De-Ice, may need to shovel and clear driveway exit/entrance. You need to bundle up and wear jacket, boots, gloves. Winter is a PITA. Also not able to work on vehicle outdoors while cold as hell. Cold winter can drain your car battery.

Then it wouldn't finish a dry cycle, beeping after about 6 minutes. We could always reset it but it was frustrating. Taking the sump pump plate off and cleaning it out with a wet vac did the trick, just like this video shows. We have new sensors ordered but the clogged sump pump was the issue! The Bosch manual we have doesn't do a good job of explaining how to take sump pump plate off to clean. Hopefully they added that to newer models! Thanks for the video!

I have an early ,1970s Thorens TD 160 and a mid 1980s Thorens TD 318. Both belt drive. 160 is completely manual and 318 is auto lift. Both are high quality Swiss/ German made TTS. Highly recommended.

The product has changed somewhat in a year. The handle is now metal. There isn't plastic leveling feet on the forward side which makes correct positioning somewhat more difficult: you can't work in a hurry. It needs lube oil before you start and every couple hours thereafter.
